What made you search for an alternative solution to managing your Google channel?
“We were looking for a new agency, not a new solution as we were having trouble getting things done quickly and feeling as though we were unable to control our performance.
We didn’t know this sort of solution existed, but with a tech background, once we found your solution we knew using AI and automation to improve performance made sense.
Like many retailers, we are moving from focusing on growth to a focus on net profit and this was impossible with our previous solution.”

What are you most excited about achieving in the next 6 months?
“Having the ability to scale profit – reliably and quickly – that’s what it’s all about for us. We want to look back at the results and see that Upp.AI’s ability to take into account the true profit point for every product has translated into profitable online sales at scale.
Google is becoming more competitive and more expensive, so we’ve had to choose to focus on our products with the most margin, using Upp. we are confident we can now launch and test new products quickly, without the need for human intervention, and on a large scale.
One of the major reasons we’re using Upp. is not just to automate what we are already working on but to have the best foundation for where we want to go in the future.”
